Emma Walker

Emma established her accounting and tax career in 2003, with many years' experience working within both large and small accountancy firms in Brisbane City, Strathpine, Hervey Bay and Mackay. After almost a decade working with a leading accountancy firm in Mackay, in 2022 Emma decided to take the leap to establish her own practice and looks forward to growing her client base, both locally and online across Australia.

 

Emma takes great pride in nurturing strong relationships with clients and enjoys the privilege of becoming a trusted and reliable advisor to business and individual clients alike. In today's technologically-driven world, Emma stays up-to-date with the latest online solutions and data security is of utmost importance.

 

Her keen attention to detail naturally draws Emma to the provision of audit/assurance services. She enjoys identifying improvement opportunities for clients to encourage enhancements in their internal controls, and providing advice about bringing the entity's procedures up to best practice standard.

Weekly, monthly and quarterly packages are available. Our clients love knowing their tax and accounting obligations are covered by an easy, regular payment, without a large surprise fee at the end of the year.

Availability

 

Clients can feel comfortable knowing they have direct access to Emma, the Director of EDC Accounting, and will be talking to the accountant who is actually processing the work.

 

Emma works online from a home office without the overheads of the big firms. She is also available for on-site visits at your premises at a time convenient for you.
